We are a group of volunteers concerned about maintaining and improving the quality of the landscape areas in the median and entrance area of Fox Chase Boulevard.

The Fox Chase Boulevard Median Foundation was created in October, 2010 to formalize prior "grassroots" efforts to maintain the median areas. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity (EIN: 27-3799311), therefore cash donations are tax deductible.  See this press release for more information regarding our history.  Click here to see what Fox Chase Boulevard looked like prior to the formation of the Median Foundation - an amazing transformation!

Important Foundation documents, such as the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Directed Donation Policy and Determination Letter from the Internal Revenue Service are available for downloading by clicking on the links to the right.

The Median Foundation signed an agreement with the City of St. Charles which was approved by the City Council on March 7, 2011. This license agreement (see link on right) specifies the terms and conditions in which the City allows Fox Chase Boulevard Median Foundation to install and maintain landscape improvements along the median from the Dunham Road entrance to Winner's Cup Circle.  The median area is City-owned right-of-way.

A copy of the Foundation's most recent approved meeting minutes, annual operating budget and Illinois 990 tax form are available by clicking on the appropriate link to the right.  Earlier versions are available on the Archives page.
